Exchange & Refund Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY IS VALID FOR 15 DAYS POST DELIVERY.

REFUND POLICY IS VALID FOR 7 DAYS POST DELIVERY.

REFUND POLICY IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR THE FIRST LOWEST VALUE PAIR OF ORDER.

We at Funkhyde have crafted our footwear for comfort, style and durability. We build our products with utmost Care. We will take care of shipping & returns at our end, so you can go ahead and try the comfort we have crafted, hassle free.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ?

  • Login to your Account : Click Here
  • Enter the OTP Received via Email to Login
  • Click Request Return on the Order you want to Return or Exchange.
  • For Exchanges : Mention the Design / Size / Color you want in Exchange in the Note ( Optional ) Field.
  • For Refunds : Mention your GPay / PayTM or PhonePe Number where the Refund can be Credited in the Note ( Optional ) Field.

Once your request is approved, you will get a Whatsapp Message within 2 - 3 Working Days with the Confirmation Details.


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange Policy is valid for 15-Days post Delivery. All Orders are Eligible for Exchange.
  • Products must be In Unused and Original Condition with Original Packaging.
  • In Case of Size Issues, we do provide Free Custom Fits based on your Feet Profile.


REFUND POLICY

  • Refund Policy is valid for 7-Days post Delivery.
  • Refunds are Credited back to you 15 Days after the Reverse Pairs are Picked up.
  • Only the First Pair in your First Order with us is Eligible for Refund to prevent Abuse of our Return Policy.
  • Only the Lowest value Pair will be Refunded.
    E.G. If you Order One Dream Sandals for ₹1499 and One Amurra Mules for ₹899 in same Order. Only Amurra Mules will be eligible for Refund. Not the Sandals. 
  • For 2nd Pair in 2+Pair Order or the 2nd Order onwards, only Exchanges or Credit Note will be Provided. No Refund will be Applicable.
  • Customers with Return-to-Origin ( RTO ) History, that is Customers who have placed a COD Order in the Past and Refused to accept during delivery, such Orders are not eligible for Refunds. Only Exchanges will be Provided.
  •  If you cancel an Order prior to dispatch, Full Refund will be Credited back to you 15 Days after the request.
  • Order cancellation prior to dispatch needs to be Intimidated via Whatsapp only. Any other Medium will not be considered.
