REFUNDS VIA CREDIT NOTE WITH A VALIDITY OF 1 YEAR.
We at Funkhyde have crafted our footwear for comfort, style and durability. We build our products with utmost Care. We will take care of shipping and exchanges at our end, so you can go ahead and try the comfort we have crafted, hassle free.

HOW DO I RETURN DELIVERED ITEMS ?
- Login to your Account : Click Here
- Input your Email to request for OTP.
- Enter the OTP Received via Email to Login.
- Click Request Return on the Order you want to Return or Exchange.
- For Exchanges : Mention the Design / Size / Color you want in Exchange in the Note ( Optional ) Field.
- For Credit Note : Mention that you want a Credit Note in the Note ( Optional ) Field.
Once your request is approved, you will get a Whatsapp Message within 2 - 3 Working Days with the Confirmation Details.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange Policy is valid for 15-Days post Delivery.
- All Orders are Eligible for Exchange.
- Products must be In Unused and Original Condition with Original Packaging.
- In Case of Size Issues, we do provide Free Custom Fits based on your Feet Profile.
REFUND POLICY
- Refund Policy is valid for 15-Days post Delivery.
- Refund is provided in form of a Credit Note, to be used within 1 Year on our Store.
- If you cancel an Order prior to dispatch, Full Refund will be Credited back to you 15 Days after the request.
- Order cancellation prior to dispatch needs to be Intimidated via Whatsapp only. Any other Medium will not be considered.
