Delivery Timeline

Hi Folks, Welcome to our Website, Sagar here, the Founder of Funkhyde. This is to address concerns regarding no notifications of orders until 5 - 6 Days of Placing the Order.

We are small startup in which I design these shoes and source all the raw material required to fulfill your Order. The Team Includes 4 Skilled Labourers that work under me do deliver these beauties to you.

We often get a lot of messages as to why there are no notifications. To Explain this Concern here is an Explanation of our Process. We are a Pure Play D2C where in we make our own footwear and do not rely on any Suppliers. We do not keep stock as well. All Pairs are Made on Order. The Huaraches are very complicated design and take time to make. In India there are only 4 - 5 Factories that make Huaraches at Scale.

Step 1 : Day 1 :
We Receive your Order

Step 2 : Day 2 :
We Source any Missing Raw Material required to Fulfill your Order. We Cut the Uppers and send them to Weave to local Hard Working Women who weave the Uppers in their Homes during the Spare Time.

Step 4 : Day 4 : The Weaved Uppers are Received by us. Insoles and Soles are readied until then as well.

Step 5 : Day 5 - 8 :
This is the most Complicated Step. The Lasting Process starts which is gluing the Uppers to Insoles. Again this is very tough, needs very Experienced Skilled Worker. And even the top class Workers can only craft 15 - 20 Pairs a Day.

Step 6 : Day 9 :
The Orders are Labelled, Soles are Fixed to the Pairs, Pairs are Finished, Cleaned. And Packed for Dispatch.

Step 7 : Day 10 :
Any Missed Orders / Labels are Cleared on Day 6.

If any holidays or Sunday Arrives in between, although we do not let that affect the Process, but sometimes it does get delayed.

You Get the Notifications of Shipments as soon as we reach the Step 6. Once Dispatched, Orders are delivered to Metros in 2 - 3 Days.

E.G. If we dispatch on 6th Monday, Orders will be delivered on betweeen 8th to 10th. Sunday deliveries depend on Local Courier Teams.

We request all to have a little bit of patience and a little bit of trust. We have never deceived any one in our Journey.

Return Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY IS VALID FOR 15 DAYS POST DELIVERY.

REFUND POLICY IS VALID FOR 7 DAYS POST DELIVERY.

We at Funkhyde have crafted our footwear for comfort, style and durability. We build our products with utmost Care. We will take care of shipping & returns at our end, so you can go ahead and try the comfort we have crafted, hassle free.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ?

• Login to your Account : Click Here
• Enter the OTP Received via Email to Login
• Click Request Return on the Order you want to Return or Exchange.
• For Exchanges : Mention the Design / Size / Color you want in Exchange in the Note ( Optional ) Field.
• For Refunds : Mention your GPay / PayTM or PhonePe Number where the Refund can be Credited in the Note ( Optional ) Field.

Once your request is approved, you will get a Whatsapp Message within 2 - 3 Working Days with the Confirmation Details.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchange Policy is valid for 15-Days post Delivery. All Orders are Eligible for Exchange.
• Products must be In Unused and Original Condition with Original Packaging.
• In Case of Size Issues, we do provide Free Custom Fits based on your Feet Profile.

REFUND POLICY

• Refund Policy is valid for 7-Days post Delivery.
• Refunds are Credited back to you 15 Days after the Reverse Pairs are Picked up.
• Only the First Pair in the Order is Eligible for Refund to prevent Abuse of our Return Policy.
• For 2nd Pair in 2-Pair Order or the 2nd Order onwards, only Exchanges will be Provided. No Refund will be Applicable.
• Customers with Return-to-Origin ( RTO ) History, that is Customers who have placed a COD Order in the Past and Refused to accept during delivery, such Orders are not eligible for Refunds. Only Exchanges will be Provided.
•  If you cancel an Order prior to dispatch, Full Refund will be Credited back to you 15 Days after the request.
• Order cancellation prior to dispatch needs to be Intimidated via Whatsapp only. Any other Medium will not be considered.

Size Chart - Mini Version

We Follow European Sizes.

If you know your US Size add 31 to it to get your European Size.
E.G. If your US Size is 6.Your European Size would be 6 + 31 = Size 37

If you know your UK Size add 33 to it to get your European Size.
E.G. If your UK Size is 2. Your European Size would be 2 + 33 = Size 35

Most Indian Brands follow UK Sizes.
